On300 TE Chase Loftin has a blast on Aggies official visit
Omaha (Neb.) Millard South On300 tight end Chase Loftin was back at Texas A&M for his official visit this weekend.
The Aggies are battling Missouri, Florida State and Nebraska for the 6-foot-5 1/2, 213-pound Loftin.
“I had a blast at A&M and they showed me how much of a priority I was to them,” Loftin said.
“I had a great visit and I loved learning how they would use me in the offense as a pass catching tight end.”
Offensive coordinator Collin Klein has been leading the charge in recruiting the four-star Loftin.
“Coach CK coached my brother at Kansas State and has a great plan to implement me into the offense early,” Loftin said.
The energy and culture around the program made Loftin feel at home.
“My favorite part of the visit was we went to a lake and boated!” Loftin said. “I think the Aggies are a rising program that I am very high on!”
Texas A&M has On3’s No. 10 ranked class and Loftin is one head coach Mike Elko and company would love to add. He’ll take his final official to Nebraska next weekend after hitting the Seminoles and Tigers in the weekends prior.
