Four-star edge rusher Julius Holly talks official visit to Michigan
Alpharetta (Ga.) High On300 edge rusher Julius Holly took his first official visit of the process to Michigan last weekend.
The four-star prospect liked what he saw in Ann Arbor.
“My visit was great,” Holly told On3. “I was able to meet with and hangout with a lot of the coaches and players and learned a lot about how Michigan operates, which is in a lot of ways different from a lot of other schools I’ve been too.”
The Wolverines check a lot of boxes for the 6-foot-3, 230-pound Holly.
“The fit,” he said. “Good academics and good football together.”
Holly added Michigan is “definitely pretty high” on his list.
“I haven’t been on any other officials yet so not to many definite placements right now.”
Georgia gets the next official this weekend. Ole Miss and Texas A&M are scheduled for next week.
On3 ranks Holly as the nation’s No. 25 edge rusher and No. 236 prospect overall.
Michigan currently has six commits and On3’s No. 17 ranked recruiting class.
