Georgia already on the radar of 2026 CB Camron Brown

Valdosta (Ga.) 2026 cornerback Camron Brown is the next in a line of prospects coming out of the country’s winningest high school football program.

Georgia is one of the programs already peeking in on the early recruitment of the 6-foot-1, 170-pound cornerback.

The Bulldogs have not offered yet. Brown has seen the interest beginning to buddle. Georgia is on Brown’s teammate Todd Robinson heavily at the moment.

Camron Brown already making a return to Athens

Brown visited Georgia alongside Robinson in the spring. Brown had the chance to watch the Bulldogs practice in person and came away impressed by what he saw.

“Their practice style is very similar to ours here at Valdosta,” Brown told DawgsHQ. “I love everything about how they practice. It’s high tempo, fast and all of that. Their standard (is high). All of their players play to a good standard. There’s nobody loafing. They take measurements of everything they do on the field. The speed, how strong they are and how fast they’re moving the bars. When you get on campus they check your blood to see which nutrients you need. I love that.

Georgia has always felt like home for Brown. He considers the in-state program a ‘dream school’.

“It’s at home, it’s always been my dream school,” Brown said. “If I get that offer, I’m going to be really happy… It’s been my team since I was a baby. It would be a dream I love their defense. I love how they play, they all swarm to the ball. That’s my type of style of defense.”

Georgia’s coaching staff in the in the process of evaluating Brown. He’s expected back in Athens for camp on May 30.

“Kirby and all of their defensive people said that they were going to be watching me throughout my junior year,” Brown said. “Coach Smart is really cool. I love his coaching style. He treats his players really good. He makes sure everyone is good over there. It’s a good defensive program.”

The camp is an opportunity in Brown’s eyes.

“I’m definitely going to ball,” Brown said with a grin.
