Four-Star DL Trajen Odom Previews Oregon Visit

A the list grows for the weekend, Oregon is set to host some very important targets in the 2025 class. And one of the biggest might be a name we already know really well.

Weddington (N.C.) defensive lineman Trajen Odom isn’t the highest ranked but is a key piece for this staff. The 6-foot-4, 285-pounder is the No. 278 ranked player in the On3 Industry Rankings. He is ranked much higher with On3 at No. 138 overall.

Odom has been on Oregon’s campus before and plans to take an official visit on June 14. He’s currently looking hardest at Oregon, USC and Ohio State and will visit all three in June. He has taken official visits to UCLA and LSU already.

Here is what he’s looking forward to in his return to Oregon.

“This weekend I am excited to just spend more time with coaches and also mainly be around the guys and get to get a better feel of the culture and environment there. Also if I’m able to get out and see what surrounds the university and get to experience what the players do on their off time.”

This time Odom will be rolling solo to Eugene.

“I am going to Oregon by myself.”

The four-star briefly talked about his interest in the Ducks ahead of his return.

“And my interest is high, they are a school that is really up there for me.”

Currently Ohio State has a slight edge in the On3 RPM at 22.5%.
