Top 30 CB Dijon Lee has five official visits locked in
Heading into summer visits, Alabama and Georgia are battling for the top spot for Dijon Lee according to a source, but five schools will host him on campus for official visits before he makes his decision.
It starts with an official visit to Washington on May 31. Georgia will get him to Athens on June 7. On June 14, Lee will be back at Texas A&M, then his final visit of the summer is to Alabama on June 21.
Those have been planned. The new visit added is an official visit to Austin on June 12. He has not visited Texas in over a year, but the No. 30 prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking has been in contact with Terry Joseph and Steve Sarkisian more recently.
“I have been talking to Coach Sark a lot, so I want to get back out there,” Lee told On3. “I will go to Texas for a couple of days, then straight to Texas A&M for that visit. Texas is a top program, so I want to give them a chance.”
Lee thought about committing earlier this spring. He visited Alabama and Georgia twice each. He has a long relationship with the staff at Washington because much of the staff recruited him hard when at Arizona. The 6-foot-4, 185-pound four-star also tripped to College Station this spring.
The race is tight going into these visits.
“Georgia is a school I am high on, I like Alabama a lot too, and all of these schools are up there on my list,” Lee added. “My time on these visits will be big for me and my family.”
Lee is aiming to make his decision before his senior season.
