Sam Pittman announces Davion Dozier suffered broken wrist in Arkansas practice
Redshirt freshman wide receiver Davion Dozier suffered a broken wrist during Saturday’s spring game, Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman revealed.
Dozier reportedly was having a solid spring after redshirting his true freshman season in Fayetteville. In 2023, he appeared in one game, a 56-13 win over WCU, where he caught a single pass for 14 yards while scoring a touchdown.
Pittman did not provide an injury timetable for Dozier.
Before Arkansas, Dozier ranked as the No. 419 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four primary recruiting media services. He was a consensus three-star recruit.
