On3 Top-150 PA Offensive Tackle Kevin Heywood Locks in Four June Official Visits

Warminster (Pa.) Archbishop Wood 4-Star Offensive Tackle Kevin Heywood received his 27th offer from USC on Thursday. He announced the news on Twitter.

Heywood is the No. 256 overall prospect and No. 21 offensive tackle in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 4 player in Pennsylvania.

On3 rates Heywood higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. He is the No. 110 overall prospect, the No. 12 offensive tackle and No. 2 player in Pennsylvania in the 2024 On300.

Upcoming June Official Visit

A trend with recruiting is taking a majority of official visits in June prior to a prospects football season. USC currently has 19 visitors confirmed for June and two more will visit in May. There will be a few transfers coming in for visits, too.

Heywood told WeAreSC when asked if USC had a shot for a visit with, “Locked in.”

“I have set a couple officials,” he added. “Wisconsin June 2, Kentucky June 9, Auburn June 16 and USC June 23.”

The 6-foot-7, 295-pounder holds 27 Power Five offers and the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Penn State as the heavy favorite to land a commitment from Heywood at 94.3%.
