USC Offers 5-Star 2025 Safety Anquon Fegans, Brother Tre’Quon Officially Visit Friday
Oxford (AL) Thompson Safety Anquon Fegans is already pegged as one of the top 2025 prospects in the country. His offer list is among the most impressive of anyone from his recruiting class.
On Wednesday Fegans added another big offer to those from Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, LSU, Maryland, Miami, Marshall, Michigan, Michigan St., Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn St., South Carolina, Penn St., Tennessee, Texas A&M and others.
Coach Donte Williams offered Fegans and will be the lead recruiter. They actually began communicating earlier this year.
This spring has been relatively busy with Fegans playing 7v7 for Trillion Boys and visiting two premier programs. His spring visit schedule started with a visit to Alabama on March 4 and LSU on March 11.
The Crimson Tide currently lead all other schools in Fegan’s recruitment according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Alabama sits with a 33.2% chance to land the state’s No. 2 2025 prospect and the No. 17 overall prospect.
Fegans has visited Alabama more than any other school with its proximity to home and with his older brother Tre’Quon Fegans a redshirt freshman there. Despite that connection, Fegans told WeAreSC in February it wouldn’t play into his decision and that he just likes the school from his previous experiences there.
With the announcement of his brother Tre’Quon entering the NCAA Transfer Portal a few weeks back, the topic of the brothers playing together for Alabama’s become mute.
USC’s been on Fegans’s mind
Back in February prior to the second day of the Las Vegas Battle 7v7 Event, we spoke briefly with Fegans. He told us despite not having an offer, USC was a school he hoped to earn an offer from and wanted to visit.
Fegan’s had been talking to USC prior to this week, but the assumption when we spoke in February was he’d end up playing with Tre’Quon at Alabama.
“USC is a school I definitely would like to visit. It’s in Southern California and not that many kids get a chance to visit Cali,” said Fegans. “I talk to the DB coach Donte Williams and we’ve built a relationship.”
Tre’Quon sets USC official visit
One of the first questions asked on Wednesday after Anquon’s USC offer announcement, was whether he’d visit this weekend with Tre’Quon and the family. The answer is Anquon won’t be at USC this weekend, despite wanting to per their father Antwon Fegans.
But USC will have an opportunity to impress the Fegans family Friday thru Sunday while on Tre’Quon’s official visit. Should the Trojans end up getting Tre’Quon, it will undoubtedly help USC with his 5-Star brother.
