There have always been hot streaks in sports. Teams get on a run in a game or a series of games and they are just impossible to beat. The ball bounces their way and it’s win, after win, after win. For a team it’s one of the best feelings in the world.

The same can be said for a sports gambler. You can get on a “heater” too. Sometimes it’s one sport and not the other. For example, in the fall it’s been a pretty good run for me in college football, but pretty inconsistent in the National Football League.

In the last two weeks in the Big Ten games, we have hit 13-2 against the spread, including 7-0 last week. Of course, totals were just 2-5, so it’s not every angle that is hitting.
