2025 OT Caleb Harris Plans to Visit Kentucky Soon

Caleb Harris, a 2025 offensive lineman out of Florida, may be headed to Lexington in the near future. 

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound offensive tackle from St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL) told KSR+ that he is talking with his dad about coming to UK for a spring practice. 

“I would love to be up there,” he said. 

Harris, who received an offer from Kentucky in December, has been in contact with UK inside linebackers coach Mike Stoops. 

“He was telling me about my potential and what I could do at Kentucky,” Harris said. “I know Kentucky is a great program, has a lot of history, and I would like to be there one day.” 

Despite only being a 2025 prospect, Harris believes he could make his mark quickly at Kentucky. 

“I feel like I could make a great impact early on,” he said. “If I get a chance to get in, we could do something great with it. 

His Wider Recruitment

Caleb Harris told KSR+ that Kentucky, Tennessee, and Pittsburgh are currently the three schools in most contact about his recruitment. 

“It’s been great,” he said. “I’m just excited to have the chance and opportunity to play at a great school like Kentucky and other great schools.” 

Although he hasn’t taken any visits yet, Harris said he’s working towards planning some trips. As far as what he’s looking for in a program, Harris said he wants a good business program, among other factors. 

“I want a school that can help me get where I want to be and a school that can compete for a national championship,” he said.

When it comes to a commitment, Harris is targeting the spring of his junior year to make his decision.

Four-star offensive lineman Caleb Harris of St. Thomas Aquinas (FL) is the nation’s No. 149 overall prospect, according to the On3. On3 ranks Harris as the No. 16 offensive tackle and the No. 28 player in Florida. He is not ranked in the On3 Consensus. 

“I have quick feet and heavy hands,” Harris said, noting his agility as a key part of his game. 

Moving forward, Harris noted run blocking, getting under the pressure, and physicality as areas for improvement. 

“I just want to get better all-around,” he said.
