Hit That Line: Ole Miss aims to avoid look-ahead to Alabama + Week 3 locks
No. 17 Ole Miss (2-0) host Georgia Tech (1-1) this weekend for a primetime evening matchup on SEC Network. The Rebels are coming off an impressive road victory over then-ranked Tulane. After falling behind 17-7 in the first half and closing the gap to 17-10 by halftime, the Rebels dominated the second half, winning 37-20 in New Orleans.
Jaxson Dart was special in the win, practically willing the offense to the win after Tre Harris exited the game after the first drive. Michael Trigg made a big catch and the defense made enough halftime adjustments to put the Green Wave in a bind.
Now, Lane Kiffin and Co. return home to take on an upstart Georgia Tech team under second-year coach Brent Key. The alum turned head coach will look to play spoiler on Saturday while Ole Miss will try to improve to 3-0 and start prep for Alabama.
