Colorado debuts ‘turnover throne’ on sideline for game vs. Nebraska
Colorado football is quite flashy now and Deion Sanders has a new prop on the sideline ahead of the game against Nebraska.
The Buffaloes have a chair akin to a throne on the sideline. It’s reportedly a turnover throne, something similar to what Miami did with its turnover chain in recent years.
Other teams have other props for the defense making big plays and getting the ball back. And Colorado is no exception as you can see below, via David Ubben.
Sanders joined the Big Noon Kickoff crew on FOX Saturday morning since they were in Boulder preparing to cover his Buffaloes’ home game against Nebraska. As part of that appearance, Urban Meyer asked him why he thinks the squad won’t take their foot off the pedal in game No. 2.
“Because they’re not satisfied,” Sanders answered abruptly. “These kids are hungry. They came here for a reason.”
