“I think it’s not just Nico. I think you’ve got to, and again, I’ve been on this soapbox all week – I wouldn’t bring those starters back out to start the second half if the first half goes the way it’s supposed to. I’m getting those guys off the field as fast as I can get them off the field. I don’t need to see Aaron Beasley play 30 snaps in this game, right? I don’t need to see [Tennessee quarterback] Joe Milton play a bunch of snaps in this game. This is not about stats. Now, there’s some guys I mean, I think Dont’e Thornton needs more work because he’s got to get more acclimated into this deal. I don’t need to see a bunch of Ramel Keyton. Let’s see Kaleb Webb and let’s see Chas Nimrod. I think it’s not just the quarterback position – I think across the board. In my opinion, you get to those guys just as fast as you can get to, because again, you don’t know where you’re going to get another opportunity like this [if you’re Tennessee].”
