4-star OL William Satterwhite talks Tennessee official visit

Archbishop Hoban (Ohio) four-star offensive guard William Satterwhite made his way to Knoxville this weekend to take a deeper look at Tennessee. Following his official visit, Satterwhite caught up with Volquest and broke down the trip.

“It was a great weekend,” Satterwhite said. “I got to spend time with the coaches and the players. My favorite part was probably going to the lake and hanging out with the offensive linemen around the water.

Satterwhite also got to spend plenty of time with the Tennessee coaching staff, including Glen Elarbee and Josh Heupel.

“The coaches love me,” Satterwhite said. “They really want to see me down here in the orange playing for them. They are losing a couple of o-lineman in this next class, so coming in and having a chance to play early is kind of a highlight for me right now.”

“We spent some time together talking,” Satterwhite added about Heupel. “He is a very down to earth guy, very genuine.”

Satterwhite is rated as the No.207 overall prospect and No.13 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Ratings. On3 rates Satterwhite as the No.289 overall recruit and No.20 interior offensive lineman in the class.
