4-star IOL Brandon Anderson down to five schools
After decommitting from Tennessee in January, Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb four-star interior offensive lineman Brandon Anderson is once again whittling his list of top schools down.
On Monday, he announced that Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Missouri and Tennessee are his top five schools.
The 6-foot-5, 335-pounder is the No. 365 overall prospect and No. 30 IOL in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 44 player in Georgia.
After originally committing to Tennessee back in October, he backed off that pledge and came back on the board earlier this year on Jan. 27. He’s still considering Josh Heupel and Co., along with three other SEC programs and FSU.
The Seminoles have been a top program to watch since Anderson decommitted. New FSU OL coach Herb Hand has made an impact on his recruitment.
“I had a great meeting with coach Hand at Chicken and Waffles in January,” Anderson told On3’s Chad Simmons. “He is a great coach and I really like him and what they are doing at Florida State. I was there for their Junior Day and I will be back on June 13 for an official visit. When I was there, they treated me like family.”
