2025 wide receiver Eugene Hilton names Top 6, includes Ole Miss
2025 Zionsville (Ind.) wide receiver Eugene Hilton released a top schools list Tuesday. The junior prospect released a Top 6 of Ole Miss, Missouri, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Florida International and Miami. The 5-foot-10, 170 pound recruit is currently unranked by On3.
Hilton is the son of former Florida International and NFL wide receiver T.Y. Hilton. The younger Hilton has already taken trips to Auburn, Kentucky, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Notre Dame and Purdue. His father spoke with On3’s Jeremy Johnson about the process and his drive to be a Power 5 wideout.
“It shows me that he wants it, he’s got that will and if he puts his mind to it, he can do anything,” T.Y. said. “For to tell basketball to hold on shows me that he really wants it. He’s out there competing.”
Eugene Hilton has been slowly working through the recruiting process. Now he has a group of finalists.
“He said just to keep my head down and keep working, it’s not the end.”
The Wildcats seem to have Hilton’s attention after a trip earlier this year. Mark Stoops’ program has put a few playmakers into the NFL recently and players like Tayvion Robinson and Barion Brown are currently doing big things in Lexington.
“I really like the scheme they run,” Eugene said. “I know that they’re developing their players, they have good connections with their players. That’s what you want when you go to a school. That’s what really opens my eyes.”

Eugene Hilton burst onto the scene as a sophomore.
In 10 games at Zionsville, he hauled in 49 receptions for 598 yards and five touchdowns. He averaged 12.2 yards per reception. He’s been a big play machine since becoming the go-to target in 2022.
On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine favors in-state Purdue early on for Eugene. The Boilermakers have a 46.5 percent chance of landing the younger Hilton according to RPM. Ole Miss is in second at 40.7 percent.
Ole Miss has one commit in its 2025 class.
Ashdown (Ark.) athlete Darnell Williams announced his commitment to Ole Miss after a trip to Oxford to see the Rebels beat Georgia Tech earlier this month. The 5-foot-11, 175 pound prospect was an All-State selection and a two-way player who shines at running back and defensive back. He was recognized by On3’s Charles Power On3 2025 Football Prospect Watch List.
Williams spoke with On3’s Sam Spiegelman earlier this year about his connection with Ole Miss.
“Ole Miss called me first,” Williams said. “They were the first school to tell me they want me there, to be down there and build a bond with the coaches.
“Defense is my prime,” he added. “Defense at Ole Miss is legit and I like it. Derrick (Nix) is cool and calls me to get me down there. I need to get there to keep building our relationship and get close.”
