2025 Texas LB Kelvion Riggins ready to feel West Coast vibe at USC
A majority of the June visitors that will get attention will be the class of 2024 official visitors, and for good reason, but there will also be some prominent 2025 prospects that will make their way to Los Angeles. One of those visitors will be Dallas (Tex.) South Oak Cliff linebacker Kelvion Riggins.
Riggins went to Twitter today to announce his plans to visit USC on June 10. The trip will be his first to the West Coast.
I exchanged some messages with Riggins today about the visit.
I have been talking to coach [Brian] Odom and I’m just ready to see what the campus and everything there looks like. I’ve never been to the west coast.”
Odom has grown a nice relationship with Riggins and it is one that is standing out to this point in his recruitment.
“He’s been recruiting me since Oklahoma and he sees me as a fit in [the USC] defensive scheme.”

The 5-foot-11.5, 195-pound linebacker holds 24 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Texas A&M has a commanding lead for his commitment at 86.7%. Oklahoma follows at 3.6%.

The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
