2025 four-star wide receiver Dillon Alfred to visit Ole Miss Wednesday

2025 Gautier (Miss.) wide receiver Dillon Alfred is set to return to Oxford, Miss., on Wednesday. The four-star prospect will take an unofficial visit to Ole Miss to see the Rebels staff for the fifth time since last November.
Alfred, the 233rd overall prospect in On3’s 2025 Industry Ranking, is the No. 35 wide receiver in the country. He is also the Mississippi’s 9th-ranked recruit.
The 6-foot, 167 pound prospect had a banner campaign for Gautier High School in 2022. Alfred and his teammates are now 10-3 on the season thanks in large part to his breakout play at receiver. He’s hauled in 58 receptions for 1,310 yards and 16 touchdowns as a sophomore.
Dillon Alfred has continued his dominance on the camp circuit.
As Alfred prepares for his junior season, the Rebels have company when trying to land the impressive wideout. Arkansas, Auburn, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Penn State have all extended offers.
OMSpirit spoke with the Gautier prospect last year about what he’s looking for.
“Scheme and relationships is what I’m looking for.”
His Gautier teammate and quarterback, Kaden Irving, signed with Ole Miss baseball. The two have talked a little about Ole Miss.
“He’s just told me that it’s a great school and they have a really good football program.”
So far this spring, Alfred has taken unofficial visits to Auburn, Texas A&M, Arkansas, South Carolina, Tennessee, LSU, Florida State, Oregon and Florida. Ole Miss currently leads his Recruiting Prediction Machine at 51.3 percent. Auburn is in second at 18.5 percent followed by Texas A&M (8.3 percent) and Tennessee (6.9 percent).
