2024 WR Kyan Berry-Johnson commits to Wisconsin Badgers
Bolingbrook (Ill.) wide receiver Kyan Berry-Johnson has announced his commitment to Wisconsin. He chose the Badgers over Cincinnati and Houston among others.
Berry-Johnson is not ranked in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking or the 2024 On300. He is 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds.
The Illinois native has already scheduled an official visit to Madison for the weekend of June 10.
“It just feels good,” Berry-Johnson told On3’s Chad Simmons on March 28. “All the coaches are good. I know some of the players. The players are good. They say the new relationships with the coach is very good. I just want to see what that’s like.”
According to Berry-Johnson, he has felt like a priority since new head coach Luke Fickell and his staff took over at Wisconsin. He communicates with multiple Badgers coaches, including wide receivers coach Mike Brown.
“I think I can really good be there, fit good there,” Berry-Johnson said. “The receivers coach is good. All the other coaches are good.”
