2024 PF Jamie Vinson, former Vanderbilt signee, updates visit schedule

Mouth of Wilson (Va.) Oak Hill Academy three-star power forward Jamie Vinson, a former Vanderbilt signee, has completed his visit to South Carolina.

He will now visit Rutgers over the weekend before taking a two-day trip to Kentucky, per On3’s Jamie Shaw.

The 6-foot-11 Vinson initially pledged to the Commodores on October 28 before decommitting on April 17. He reopened his recruitment when Vandy parted ways with head coach Jerry Stackhouse

Vinson is the nation’s No. 206 overall prospect, No. 45 power forward and No. 7 recruit from Virginia in the 2024 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
